Welcome to Yoga With Maryline! Providing Hatha, Restorative, Pregnancy, Post Natal recovery and Baby Yoga in Manchester and Cheshire.

We aim to help you strengthen, relax and learn about the many aspects of Yoga in a safe and friendly environment.

We aim to introduce and practice a Yoga with principles useful in everyday life to be more focused, more positive and more confident.

Yoga aims at uniting the Body, Mind and Spirit via the Breath and the practice of physical postures with a deep awareness.

Meditation – sitting still with a one-pointed mind, is also a predominant part of Yoga and a powerful tool to improve concentration, help see through the mayhem of life and find inner peace.

We hope that our site will give you useful information about the classes currently on offer. All classes are In-person with the option to log onto zoom if youre unwell, don’t wish to, or can’t travel to the venues. Click here for the Current Timetable.
