Restorative Yoga and Home Relaxation Bundle

Feeling stressed or worn-out? Or do you simply want to optimise your sense of well-being? With Restorative yoga, you’ll get the chance to refresh your thoughts and look at your situation with a clearer and calmer mind.

Maryline’s standard Restorative sessions incorporates a sequence of 4-6 postures per class, with one single aim: deep relaxation. The support of props and blankets encourages the release of muscle tension and induces peace of mind.

The Restorative style is suitable for yoga beginners. It is recommended to anyone with a busy lifestyle, wishing to maintain good energy levels or address stress and anxiety issues. Expect to leave the class rejuvenated and calm.

Maryline loves to practice and teach Yoga Nidra. It’s a lying-down exercise where the subconscious mind remains highly receptive to cues of letting go & achieving peace. Maryline guides you to focus on different parts of the body in turn, and invite you to relax all along. Each Restorative Yoga class includes Yoga Nidra. Audio Recordings are available, they are helpful to counter sleep disruption.

Restorative Yoga is also adequate if you are recovering from a life event, illness or experiencing Chronic Fatigue symptoms. Contact Maryline to share any health condition you have prior to attending for the first time, so she can best advise you on which class is the most suitable.

**From September 2021, classes are every two weeks on Wednesdays 8.00-9.15pm in-person at the new Carrot Banana Peach Knutsford Studio. Cost is £14 per class, £60 for a 5-class pass and £100 for a 10 class pass. Book HERE. Studio classes are in small groups of 7 students, in a brand new ventilated room with mats 2 meters apart. Class available through Zoom too.

Free in the daytime? Join weekly Friday Restorative Yoga 11-12noon: the ideal ‘chill-out and recharge’ break before the weekend. In Knutsford, socially distanced group of 7 or take the class online if you prefer.**

The Home Relaxation Bundle includes Maryline’s most popular practices for those of you who prefers to practice in their own time. You’ll sample one of each of Maryline’s classes: Slow Flow & Restore, Relax’session, 20-min Essential Yoga, an audio guided meditation & breathing tutorial + 25-min lying down relaxation for your peace of mind and ‘back-to-sleep’ needs. This bundle comes with a complementary 90-min Restorative class for £14.99 and the recordings are yours to keep.

Also in-store: the popular Relax’sessions – These have been recorded for 12 weeks, creating a library of practices from 30 to 50 minutes long. You can purchase access to the library of 12 classes for only £29.50 including 3 bonus Audio relaxation, meditation and breathing practices. All practices work well if you are experiencing stress or anxiety and wish to equip with techniques that will help you achieve a deeper sense of calm in those tricky situations. They stimulate good energy flow to the whole body and promote rest and calm.
