Online & In-person Timetable

Hey everyone,

Here’s the timetable for September when all classes restart.

I hope you’ll find a suitable session to help your well-being or recommend them to someone!

Feel free to join even if you have no yoga experience or haven’t practiced in a while. The Restorative postures are accessible to all and efficient to take the edge of current worries and feelings of uncertainty.

In all classes, you are guided to anchor in the present moment and give your mind and body a well-deserved break. I can’t emphasise enough on the importance to make time for relaxation and mental rest during the pandemic. All classes are available on Zoom if you don’t wish to travel to the studio, we’ve got you covered.

If the baby classes times don’t suit your little one’s routine, you can purchase video bundles to watch & practice anytime at your leisure. Recordings are 20, 30 or 50 minutes long.

Recordings for Relaxation and Restorative classes are also available. Contact Maryline to chat about your home practice needs.
