About the event
Come share a few calming techniques with me to finish the day lovely & calm! Expect a combination of light movement, mindful breathing and guided relaxation to iron out any tension before you dive into bed.
The class is recorded and a link sent out to you after class, in case our timing doesn't quite match!
You have access to it until the next class.
Please have some mat space, a blanket and thick cushion or bolster ready.
